What are TabuPoints?

TabuPoints are points that the customer earns when interacting directly with Tabu. Buying a certain amount, subscribing to the Newsletter, following on Instagram or even inviting friends. Each method has a certain number of points awarded.

How do I know how many TabuPoints I can earn?

You can see the number of TabuPoints associated with each method in the "Rewards" pop-up, which is located in the bottom right corner of the website's main page. The number of points is found below each topic.

What are TabuPoints for?

The TabuPoints obtained through each of the reward methods will be accumulated in the customer's account to be used on future orders, without the need to exchange them for the immediately following purchase.

Are TabuPoints valid?

Yes, TabuPoints are valid for 12 months, this period counting from the date of completion of the order process.

How do I redeem my TabuPoints?

Click on "Rewards" in the bottom right corner of the website's main page.

Select the "Redeem Points" option, if you have points available click on "Redeem". You will then be assigned a code that represents your coupon.

You can copy the code for future orders. In this case, after placing items in the Shopping Cart and proceeding to the "Checkout" phase, on the right side of the page you will find the "Discount code or gift card" section. Enter your coupon code.

When redeeming points, you can also click on "Apply coupon now" where it will be automatically redirected to your shopping cart, with it already applied.

How can I confirm that the coupon will be included in the order?

After entering your coupon code, click "Apply". Your order value will be updated automatically.

What is the advantage of accumulating TabuPoints?

The customer can choose to accumulate TabuPoints until they obtain the necessary number of points to exchange for the most desired offer. .

How can I earn more TabuPoints?

The customer can earn more TabuPoints when ordering products in the online store, for every €100 spent they earn 100 points. By referring friends, subscribing to our newsletter, following the Tabu Instagram page or leaving a review.

What is the value of a TabuPoint?

Each TabuPoint is worth €0.01.

Where can I find detailed information about my TabuPoints?

The customer can check the accumulation history and use of their TabuPoints through their Tabu account. To do this, simply log in with your usual login details. login , access the main page and check your points history in the "Rewards" tab.

Can I exchange or return products purchased through TabuPoints?

Tabu does not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased through TabuPoints.

Can I exchange all of my TabuPoints for offers in a single order?

For each order, it is possible to exchange up to 1000 Tabu Points accumulated from previous purchases.
