Returns
This policy aims to meet the interests of our customers, ensuring the quality of the service provided, without dispensing with the reading of the Commercial Terms and Conditions, available at: https://tabucbd.com/policies/terms-of-service
- Under the terms of art. 100% organic sealed products are not returnable.
- If the consumer wishes to send a new order, using a different shipping method than that normally used by the merchant, he or she is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Alternatively, the consumer may request a refund of the amounts paid.
- Extabu , Lda will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of communication by the consumer, using the same payment method that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction.
- In the event of an error in the order processing, in which the consumer receives a product other than the one ordered, if they wish to send a new order or refund the amounts paid, they must send the product initially received to Rua Vitor Branco nº6, Armazem 5ºD, Quinta da Galega, 2640-578, Seixal, Setúbal, addressed to Extabu, Lda.
In addition to the conditions specifically mentioned in the points mentioned above, the customer must also pay attention to whether the product they wish to return was obtained as part of a promotional campaign and whether, for any reason, they received a free gift. If this is the case, the customer must return not only the product in question but also the free gift that was provided with their purchase. Both products must meet the instructions previously mentioned, otherwise their return will not be accepted, in which case the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipment (or possible destruction) and will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.

Returns of incomplete, damaged, or spoiled products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products showing signs of having been used, will not be accepted. Likewise, returns of products with an expiration date of less than one month, or personal use products, including, but not limited to, sealed products, will not be accepted. Extabu , Lda. , therefore, reserves the right to assess the condition of the product packaging and decide whether or not to return the items if it is determined that the packaging is not intact.
Warnings: The lack of any element that prevents the product from being returned to stock for sale, specifically the respective label or packaging stickers in the original condition of supply, implies its immediate classification as an incomplete product and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of the return.
Each item to be returned must therefore be sent under the conditions listed above, and the shipping agent's label must be attached to the original shipping box, or another alternative that guarantees the good conservation of the product, which must be destroyed after confirmation of the conservation status of the returned product(s).
If any of the conditions previously stated are not met, the customer will lose the right to a refund, in which case they will have 10 days to collect the item(s) in question from the facilities indicated above, bearing the costs of the respective collection.
The collection must be carried out by a courier hired by the customer, as it is not possible for individuals to collect the order in person, even if it is the customer himself.
Exchanges
In general, exchanges are not permitted. Customers must return the item(s), request a refund, and make a new purchase, subject to the conditions in effect at that time. The entire return process is fully described in the Returns section to determine the conditions applicable to the acceptance of products to be exchanged.
Refund Methods
Except in cases of return under the right of withdrawal, Extabu, Lda. will do its best to refund the customer promptly, but will allow a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the returned order at the warehouse indicated above. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the card itself.
If payment was made using one of the other methods available at the time of purchase, and it is not possible to make a refund using the original payment method, the customer will be asked to provide the details of the bank account to which they wish the amount to be refunded to be transferred.
Note: Some payment method providers do not allow refunds more than a few months after the original payment. In these cases, the customer will be asked to indicate a national bank account to which the refund should be made. To do so, the customer must provide a bank statement indicating the IBAN, SWIFT code, the name of the bank in question, and the account holder. Extabu, Lda reserves the right to withhold the refund until the customer completes the necessary formalities to confirm account holdership.
Return Costs
If Extabu, Ltda. is notified and confirms that there was an error in the shipped product(s) or that defective product(s) were shipped, the company will bear the return costs by collecting the product(s) in question from the delivery address. To this end, a member of the returns and refunds team from Extabu, Ltda. 's Customer Service department will contact the customer to schedule the collection and provide any additional information on the matter.
